Announcing Monday Hooping Training and Workshops
at REACH GYM, (huge 2nd floor open space with tall ceilings)

Hula Hoop Training and Jam REACH Gym: Second Floor REACH Gym has a large second floor with a tall ceiling and plenty of room to move while hooping. Using the hoops as tools for training, as well as traditional 'hooping' and developing tricks, will be part of the evening. Hooping helps to strengthen your core, increase your spine's flexibility, and burn fat while toning important muscles. Hooping can also be as low impact as your body needs. It improves your coordination and sense of rhythm that may translate into other area of your fitness activities, such as martial arts and dance. Hooping is also fun! Various sized Hoops will be provided and for sale. Feel free to bring your own hoop. Poi and other flow toys welcome. Hosted by Mister Petey (Hoopy Hoops) and Mike Smith of Environmental Encroachment, a circus-style performance troupe in Chicago. Please register online at REACH Gym.
