"We’re excited to announce the 14th Annual Triangle Neighbors' Northalsted Halloween Parade on Sunday, October 31, 2010 at 6PM with pre-parade festivities beginning at 4:30PM. (NOTE THE EARLIER START TIME!)

The costume parade has become the city’s most renowned Halloween event drawing thousands of spectators. It’s a creative, fun and entertaining event for the entire community that raises funds for our community garden park. And a Sunday parade means a huge crowd so we’ve extended the parade route north to Addison. We're excited to announce Miss Foozie has agreed to emcee the parade. As in past years, we expect to see costumes from garish to ghoulish-worn by adults, kids and pets. The costume contest has been a huge success and we anticipate imaginations to run wild again this year! The theme of the 2010 Parade is "Little Street of Horrors"."
