Environmental Encroachment, Pink Puffers Band, Yellow Hat Band and The Hungry March Band ride on the top of a double-decker bus throughout Manhattan for Dream Time NYC, an art project, October 2009. Bands were gathered in New York for a continuation of the HONK festival, which started in Boston.
